This is an article from the Consumerist that underscores the importance of reading nutrition labels!

http://consumerist.com/2011/04/the-easter-bunny-has-very-poor-math-skills.html

One bunny is 5 servings- each serving is 240 calories of which 120 are fat.

Ever since I joined MFP I have started to look at not only portion sizes on labels but also carb totals and sugar content. Oi vey- that chocolate bunny is merciless!

Yup, who ever eats 1/4 of a chocolate bunny? Someone who doesn't read that it has more than 800 CALORIES that's who........so much guilt, so little time......

I got a chocolate reindeer for Christmas which I ate in 10 servings, LOL. Even before I started dieting, I wouldn't have eaten the entire bunny/reindeer/whatever.

The article points out the real idiocy of some labels. There are "about 5" servings of 1/4 piece of the bunny. Really? 5/4? Bonus chocolate?
