Lunchtime workout

so I workout at lunch twice a week, usually run 2-3 miles those days. When i get done I take a shower, put my suit back on and go back to work. Problem is I sweat for another half hour! Not the image I want to portray! Anybody have some QUICK cooling down methods?

    bump the shower temp down slowly. until its almost all cold.

    I took a few cold showers last year. (Supposedly it helps boost test levels. So i was willing to try it.)

    Apply lotion after showering.

    Place your left wrist under the coldest water you can produce in the sink or shower. Hold it there for at least 60 seconds. Your left wrist contains blood path ways that travel to the heart directly. This will cool you down from the core out. I have to use this one on heavy lunchtime workout days as well.
  • I have the same problem. I try to take a cold shower, then drive back to my office with the window down...

    Thanks guys I give those a shot. That cooling down the core option sounds promising.
