    If it is not already created, you can create a entry for it by clicking "add excerise" then going to "My excerise" and on the right hand side you should see:

    To create an exercise, click here: Create Exercise

    I do aerobic, general for 25 minutes... seems to be accurate and I don't want to over estimate.

    i typed in curcuit training but nothing came up!

    I typed in Circuit training and it came up, but it won't let me add it to my exercises unless I tell it how many calories I burned. How do I figure out how many calories I burned by doing the video?
