Tonight I'm working on a vanilla cupcake with a mixed berry frosting, hopefully it will be just as good.

My husband is allergic to chocolate. Any suggestions on how to modify without chocolate? Could I just leave the chocolate out and that be enough to make the cupcake?

I love that it's a small recipe too! I don't need 24 cupcakes sitting around the house, low calorie or not! :)

You can never go wrong with chocolate and peanut butter. They are in the oven now for dessert tonight. Thanks for sharing! Yummy:tongue:

It's like whipped cream sold in a plastic container. Not sure what a good substitution would be.

I'm working on a vanilla version, it might not be up until next week though.
