Just thinking once I get down to a certain weight I want to do a progam, whats the best workout video and which one gives you the best results out of: P90X, Insanity, ChaLean, Power-90, 30-Day Shred, or Biggest Loser CardioMax/Bootcamp? Let me know your thoughts, thanks.

I've done P90X and Turbo Fire... I have many friends who are into Insanity & Asylum right now... and that seems to be what's HOT! It depends on what your personal goals are... but Insanity doesn't require any additional equipment (if that's an issue...) such as weights or pull-up bar, etc. I LOVE Turbo Fire... but it's because it's so high energy & fun!0

It's not about what's the best yet about what's convenient and is benefitting you doing your time of transformation. You have to be willingly to layside personal feelings and subject yourself to that. Honestly, I just did INSANITY and I am off the hook in love with the action involved. Was able to do it with a group of four at our gym in a studio room and everybody pushed each other. I've done some P90X yet the push from Insanity seemed encouraging. It could have been my group but I have just fell in love after one episode today. Find where you are and be ever changing and you will ultimately reach your goal before you know it. Have a great week!0

None of the above. Go to a site (I'll PM it to you) and get a workout from there.0

I am partial to P90X...but most of the Beachbody programs are excellent...the presentation of them is what keeps me going. I have tried other dvd workouts and they just don't seem to have all the pieces to keep me interested for very long. If you get bored easily then I would recommend P90X...mainly because the workouts are varied quite a bit. Chalean Extreme is also great...I like the weight lifting programs myself.
Exercise is important...but your biggest results will be because of your nutrition....and all of the Beachbody programs come with great nutrition guidelines...and a personal Coach if you order them from Beachbody or through a Coach within the Team Beachbody network. Coaches can help you figure out things like when to increase your calories or give your body a break...etc.0 -
