Finally exercised

I returned to the senior center for the exercise class we do twice a week for 45 minutes to 1 hour. I haven't been there for a couple of months so it was sort of starting over. Thanks to this wonderful group here I got back my motivation.

Now I don't know how to log it into exercise. I know it is low impact and today we did what's called chair exercise, chair dancing, which both have a lot of movements, stretching, and I use 2 lb. weights. That's todays session. On the other day we do standing exercises with different steps and moves and sort of like line dancing along with a session of the chair exercises.

Can anyone tell me how to log this? I couldn't find any "senior citizen" exercises on the list.

    go to exercise, then to the date bank , I typed in exercise and it showed wii low impact that might be a place to start

    i would just put in aerobics, low impact!
