    i had egg whites, with baby spinach, mushrooms and reduced fat feta cheese. and a half cup of blackberries and a 100g of strawberries = 228 calories

    Yummy! Be careful on the sodium! Low in cals but high in sodium! Drink lots of water!!!

    I had a lean cusine panini and caesar salad..Im drinking lots of water today!

    I had a flat wrap with Oscar Mayer barbecue chicken slices, lettuce, tomato & webers mustard. With the Special K sea salt chips. YUM!!!! Low fat, low calorie!!!

    I'm having steamed carrots, a veggie burger on Sara Lee reduced calorie buns. I sometimes like to put avocado on my veggie burger, but I'm fresh out. Calories = 300 My snack for later is an apple or rice cakes or both.

    as far as the sodium, does it just cause you to retain water or are there other weight gaining affects?

    I had a cup of tea, an apple and an apple and linseed dried fruit roll. Not a great day! I only had breakfast at 11am, though, so I didn't need lunch.

    Today I had an egg with 3 egg whites, fat free feta, salsa, 2 turkey sausage patties and most of it on a low carb tortilla. Yum! I would have added some peppers or spinach but I didn't have any more! :noway:
