hi i was just wondering how to log in the 30 day shred into my exercise?

If it is not already created, you can create a entry for it by clicking "add excerise" then going to "My excerise" and on the right hand side you should see:

I do aerobic, general for 25 minutes... seems to be accurate and I don't want to over estimate.0

I typed in Circuit training and it came up, but it won't let me add it to my exercises unless I tell it how many calories I burned. How do I figure out how many calories I burned by doing the video?0
