your daily intake is to be 100% what if you go over and your -883? is that bad or good?

    You pee it out. :) Don't fret.. It would take a lot to OD on Vitamin C, and even then the worst thing that could happen is kidney stones.

    Vitamin C is water soluble, with dietary excesses not absorbed, and excesses in the blood rapidly excreted in the urine. It exhibits remarkably low toxicity.

    You'll be fine. The problem is probably that amount of sugar that comes with whatever the Vitamin C is in :P.

    Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin. It will get washed away in urine. So its alright if your pee is bit yellowish today. Be careful about Vitamin A, D, E and K. Its OK if you exceed Vitamin B and C.

    That's no big deal. Whatever vitamin C your body doesn't use, you just pee out. The fat soluble vitamins (D, E, A, and K) are the only ones you have to watch out about getting too much because they are stored in your fat...so it's possible to get "toxic" levels of those vitamins if you ingest huge amounts.
