DVD Recommendation

I have Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds For Your Week, which I do everyday. I just won another one of her DVDs off eBay and I have a bunch more that I'm watching.

I'm wanting to actually create a sort of workout routine and fit different things in it that I can do at home. I am planning on getting some weights and maybe one of those balls.....

Can anyone recommend anything?

    I used to do Leslie Sansone's indoor fitness walking programs with my mom, but recently I've gotten into several Beachbody programs. The one I'm working on right now is called "Power 90." It's basically the less extreme version of P90x if you've heard of it. I really like the program because it's a good solid work out (although kind of repetitive, I feel myself getting stronger every day) where you alternate between cardio and strength training 6 days a week, then rest on the 7th day.

    If you like Leslie Sansone's walking programs, you might want to check out Chalean Johnson's "Turbo Jam," just because I think they both have upbeat motivational personalities. I now do Turbo Jam with my mom when I come over to visit.

    You can check out an overview and customer reviews on that link, although I've heard horror stories about ordering directly from Beachbody.com, so I'd look elsewhere.

    I would recommend that you check both of them out and look into them and see if you would be interested! I am currently doing the P90x program and I have had amazing results! I am only a month into it and have lost 5 pounds and 7 inches so far! I still have 60 days to go too! I cannot wait to see what else I will lose during the rest of the program!

    I know you're young but I'm 65 and go to a class where we use dvds by Jodi Stolove. I think they are good for either extra exercise or to do at home. I just ordered one because my classes are only 2 days a week. They are low impact but kinda fun.
