1 lb ground turkey, (bowned and drained)
48 oz can V-8 juice
1 can garbanzo beans (drained)
1 can kidney beans (drained)
1 can corn (drained)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 pkg taco seasoning
Add all ingredients together. Simmer or heat in a crock pot.
1 cup = 1 pt or 50 calories

Probably a dumb question... do you cook the ground turkey before you put it into the pot or does it cook while in the pot? The recipe sounds wonderful!0

I'd think you'd brown it before putting in the crock pot.

I made this over the weekend. Not only was it very delicious, hearty and helped me feel full but my KIDS LOVED IT!
I have a picky eater and she wouldn’t eat it at first but one bite and she loved it. I did have to remove the kidney beans from her bowl but she ate the rest!
