i have 38 days to get in the best shape of my life!!! and a trip to boston and romania... anyone wanna join in like a 5 week challenge or something? maybe be -500 calories every day for five weeks??? lol anyone anything?

How about, let's set a goal for like calories burnt in a week.
Or miles ran/walked/biked in a week?
or even pounds lost!

You'd kind of waste away at negative 500 net calories. Maybe survive a week or two doing that, but you would pretty much die after that.0

how about lose 7 lbs in 5 weeks??
or how about running 5 miles a week or something?
burn 7k calories from working out in a week?0 -
It takes 3500 calories to lose a pound.
So if we burnt 7000 a week, we'd lose two.
Not including any calorie deficets.0 -

I'm in... Name your challenge! I say a 45 min workout DAILY with MAYBE 1 day off to "recover" but that day is yoga or some form of exercise.

i work out 7 days a week, 65 to 90 minutes a day.. Gym 0r tae-bo... So I need a good challenge0
