So I just did a 30 min video "yoga for weight loss" lots of stretching etc......and when I went to log it it said I burned 112 cals......does that seem right to you? Seems high to me.
BTW I just love this work out esp after doing lots of cardio.

I LOVE YOGA!!! yes, it's a must in any training regimen! umm...when i log in my yoga, i just take what it gives me, i know i burned *some* calories. i don't really eat all my exercise calories either, (unless it's easter! hee hee) so, it's just a rough estimate until i get a hrm. that doesn't seem like a lot, it takes a lot of energy to hold poses. you won't really know until you get a hrm. i got that video from the library but didn't try it. i usually take an one hour class at my gym, and totally love the stretching and inner mediatation it focuses on. have a blessed day! :happy:0
