I've been doing Georges St. Pierre's Rushfit series since January and I love it! Any other rushfit junkies out there?!

    I'm doing it now, I started this week. I havnt really been active for the last 10 years so I'm finding it a challenge. A good challenge. It's exactly the butt-kicking I needed.

    I did the strength and endurance workout yesterday, and it almost killed me. I have to say I liked it though. I only bought this dvd and maybe when I get in a little better shape I will get the whole series. I had my heart rate in the 180-190 range.
