    probably a spirit on its own, with water or a diet soft drink. I think vodka has the least.
    Maybe vodka with diet coke/lemonade, or gin with slimline tonic?

    If i'm having a few drinks, i try to burn at least 800 calories through exercise beforehand, so i know i'm not worrying about measures etc... I gave up drinking for January and lost loads of weight!!!
    Unfortunately alcohol is just calorie-laden and no nutritional benefits, which is a real shame as i love a drink!

    I drink red wine (love it with blackberry wine) and bubbly water, also diet coke and vanilla vodka, or as Suzy says, any liquor with bubbly water or diet soda.
