how to figure calories/serving homemade quiche?

I plan on making a Ham and spinach quiche for supper tonight. How do I figure out the calories/serving? I'm using homemade pie crust for it too.

    put the recipe into the recipes section, it will calculate it for you

    Yup. That's what I would do. It's under the food tab up top.
