Is there anyone who has tried the Hip Hop Abs program? I would really like to know what some of you think about it if you have tried it. I am looking to start it soon and would like to get some insight.

    I have been doing it for a couple weeks and i love it!! it's a lot of fun! I have the dvd and it comes with 2 discs..the total body burn is tough but a lot of fun!!

    I have it! Shaun T Rocks! I first saw him in Insanity and I love to dance so I thought I'd try Hip Hop Abs and he cracks me up in this one! It's fun! Just remember to keep your form!

    Thanks everyone. I ordered it a few days ago and haven't gotten it yet, but I CAN'T WAIT to get started. It looks like so much fun. Of course I know that it will not be a piece of cake, but Shawn T, certainly makes it look like it can be fun while he is wearing you out.:bigsmile:
