If your muscles are sore, can you still do the weight machin

My arms are real sore from going to the gym Mon & Tues and playing Wii boxing before. Is it okay to do the weight machines or should I give my arms a rest for a day?

If they are super sore, I would probably work out a different part of the body like legs or abs.0

You should weight at least a day after working a muscle group with weights before you work the same group again. i like two days of rest for each muscle group between lift sessions.0

Definitely let them rest for at least a day. Muscle soreness is a sign they need a rest - you don't want to end up with an injury.0
