so, i've officially lost 31 lbs since the beginning of July. I've definitely been noticing changes other than on the scale (clothing, looking in the mirror, etc...) but other people have definitely started noticing in the last couple weeks. i didnt think the change was that dramatic, until i saw these two pictures side by side today... the one on the left is over a year old, but i'm about the same weight in it as i was when i started logging my food in July (about 225lbs). the one on the right is from today, at 192 lbs. i can see a jawline... and a chin... and lots of dimples!

this is not my first attempt at losing weight, but this time... something really clicked, and it's motivation like this, and seeing all the success of other mfp'ers that just drives me more.

    Looking good. I've always wanted dimples, but it's not to be. I have wrinkles, but no dimples :)

    ahahaha no, it wasn't just you. at first i was like... i don't even wanna know. then i looked again and came to the same conclusion as you, which i hope was the correct one... :)
