I wanted to share good progress here. In February, I started working out with a trainer, exercising 3-6 times a week and getting active again. In September, I started working on my weight as well, and using MFP. I went back and looked at old photos and wanted to share the photo of me from last December (polka dotted dress) and the one from last week--I can really see a difference. I have a long way to go, but thrilled to see progress.
