Jillian Michaels Yoga

Has anyone done her yoga dvd? Is it any good?

    I have and it gets my heart rate up just as high as other cardio stuff does. I like it when I only have 30 minutes to work out.

    I've done yoga meltdown.
    I like it. I use it to maintain my weight and it's been working fine for that.
    The cover on the DVDs says lose up to five pounds a week--I'm not so sure about that.

    I like Yoga Meltdown. It's definitely not traditional yoga, it's Jillian incorporating yoga moves into her usual, intense style of training. I own most of her DVDs and pick which one I want to do depending on how I'm feeling that day. I usually reach for this one when I'm pressed for time, as it's only about 32 minutes including warm up and cool down, or when I'm not up to working out as intensely as I do with some of her other videos. It's definitely still challenging and a great workout though, I did it last week and according to my HRM I burned 240 calories.
