Looking to drop 25 to 30 lbs or so. Was keeping track old guy style with a note pad and pencil and decided try this. Back story is that I quit smoking and decided to get in shape. Although some of the fitness goals did not happen, the past year has been a success. I am in the best condition I've been in since 1999 or so. Downside is I did not monitor calories and am up 12 to 15 lbs and would have prefered to have gone down 5 to 10.

I too quit smoking and gained about 15 pounds. The weight didn't budge for over a year but I'm finally seeing progress. Not too worried about the scale as much as measurements which is where I'm seeing some progress. Good luck and take advantage of the tools on here!0

I quit smoking 8 years ago, put on 14kg, lost it all over a course of 6 years, then put it all back on again...and then some. Now I'm really determined to lose it and KEEP IT AWAY.0
