I don't understand my weekly stat report from the fitbit. It says:
CALORIES IN VS OUT
+3060
WEEKLY TOTAL
14500 cals burned
14060 cals eaten
-3500 plan deficit
What does this mean exactly? Thank you!

It means that your goal was to lose one pound (3,500 calories deficit) however you ate 440 calories less than you burned instead of 3,500. You went over your goal by 3,060 calories.0

You set up Fitbit w/ a goal to lose 1 pound per week, so the goal was to eat 3500 less calories than you burned for the week.
You actually burned 14500 and ate 14060, so your actual deficit was 440. You logged 3060 calories over your goal.
If you're no longer trying to lose weight, and just aiming to maintain, update your goal in fitbit.0 -
You planned to eat 3500 less than you burned. You ate 3060 calories more than your plan.0
