I use my food processor or vitamix to make mine.0

I don't know where you are, but our bulk store lets you do it yourself.0

I've used a food processor and my Ninja, but I prefer to use my food processor over my ninja blender.0

My Vitamix works a treat. But it's a pain to scrape the stuff out from around the blades. If you can find a health food store that sells bulk and has a grinder that's the way to go.0

What brand of vitamix and food processor do you guys have?0

Vitamix for sure, even their top of the line consumer model is much less than the $2000 ones you came across. This is the one I have and I love it, it's taken the place of my old blender and my food processor:

It's the one they made fun of on Saturday Night Live this last week, my husband was laughing so hard.0

seriously you don't need an expensive blender, a $25 food processor does it just fine.0

Sure for soft nuts like macadamia, pecans, or walnuts. Put almonds in there....eeeek! I can use my coffee grinder for soft nuts. Almonds I would just make the health food store do it. 0 I can use my coffee grinder for soft nuts.
