I eat some of the 100 cal snacks they have out there, they are small but I just drink a lot of water with them. I have been doing this for 17 days now and I still have some days when I am really hungry.0

Protein Protein Portein! It keeps you fully longer.
Best snacks are greek yogurt, cottage cheese. Nuts have protein too, check the serving size and the fat content too. Veggies are great especially if you can't get them in at meals.

Try to eat every 2-3 hours. I make sure I switch between proteins and fruits/veggies. I have 3 full meals a day usually around the same time (breakfast at around 9-10) then at 12 I'll have like 1/2 a banana with some almonds or something like that, then at 2ish lunch, then at 4-5 i'll have a protein shake or bar, then dinner at 6 ish, and after if i'm still hungry ill have some more nuts or carrots with hummus.0

I think you just have to get used to not feeling hungry. I've been doing about 45 days now, & I still feel hungry sometimes! Drinking lots of water helps. For snacks I eat 1/2 cup of plain lowfat yogurt w/ frozen berries mixed in (they thaw over night), pretzels, but you have to look for the best ones as far as calories etc., 90 cal. Fiber one bars, string cheese-lowfat.,graham crackers with peanut butter and for fruits & veggies I like strawberries and carrots, they are easy and quick! Good luck!0

Make sure your getting plenty of water bc that is when I feel hungry. I also make sure to have some fruit ready when I know I am going to crave... Usually around 10 and 3 so I do not grab the junk food in our office.0

I eat every 2 hours now. I've been having watermelon cut into a little container in bit size pieces or carrot sticks with hommus or saltine crackers with vegemite. Not too cal heavy and still yummy.0
