Jogging

Probably nothing to most of you fitties on here but I had to share a personal triumph. Went to the gym tonight and after my circuit, Id been about 55 minutes I got on the treadmill and I actually jogged!

I did 500m of jog/walk at 100m intervals. 3 were jogging at 7.5km/h and 2 at 4.5km/h walking. I know its not fast but Im 242lb and have never really run before.

    That's fabulous! I'm not fast, either, and I've done about a dozen half marathons using the jog/walk method. Just keep at it and have fun with it!

    I was 215 when I got the Couch to 5k app. Best $5 I've ever spent.
