Jogging

Probably nothing to most of you fitties on here but I had to share a personal triumph. Went to the gym tonight and after my circuit, Id been about 55 minutes I got on the treadmill and I actually jogged!

I did 500m of jog/walk at 100m intervals. 3 were jogging at 7.5km/h and 2 at 4.5km/h walking. I know its not fast but Im 242lb and have never really run before.
