hi I am a newbie and am also on calorie king but not sure which is best so would love some opinions. looking forward to a healthier me

    What is calorie king? On MFP we have over a million food database, which includes fast food. It's so easy to look up and see how many calories your consuming, plus you can add in exercise and all the math is done for you.

    Calorie king is another site similar to this. I am enjoying here though and finding it really easy to work through
