also don't use bioelectric impendance monitors to measure bodyfat
go and buy something like this

and only measure your neck and lower abdomen. since thats where the fat goes away last.
dont have to calculate bf%. just keep the measurements in millimeters. no more complaining about excercising and gaining weight please.

Yes, please!! Don't understand with all that information out there, that people still worry about their weight so much. "I exercise and I lose inches, but I don't lose weight.. HELP" Ugh -_-0

they are not accurate, but neither is weight. but one thing for sure is that weight shows how much you weight. So if you weight less, you will have easier time kayaking.0

I just bought calipers and have to return them because, yes, they're very tricky to use. I'm just going off the good old tape measure now.0
