My best choice today so far was a bowl of Blackberries, even though they were a little bitter.
My worst was 1/2 of a Chocolate Muffin even though it tasted Amazing.

well my best choice was my apple the worst would have to be my special k multi grain cereal this morning even though that isnt that bad.0

My bad choice was the waffles left behind by my 3 year old. At least they didn't have any butter or syrup on them. My good choice is the fish I had at lunch and it was delicious too.0

Best: Oatmeal and berries for breakfast
Worst: The light dressing on my salad for lunch because it's full of sodium and I'm retaining water like a bleepbleepblEEP!

bad: 150 cal bag of doritos as my snack0 -

Worst: Cheese dip and chips from authentic Mexican restaurant0 -
My best choice was fresh mixed fruit, yummy! And my worst choice would have to be the peanut butter I put on my toast, but that was yummy too! lol! :happy:0

My best was my Whole Grain Cream of Wheat that I ate with raisins! (I have been eating the regular kind, and it was a big step to get the Whole Grain.
My worst was the corn nuts I just ate. Oh, well. I needed crunchy and salty.0 -
I've been good good good today! On a 9 day shake program...so shakes and fruits and veggies is what i've had so far!0

All good choices today ....so far at least. I had plain oatmeal with fresh strawberries for breakfast, baked chicken with cabbage for lunch (homemade), plain yogurt with fresh strawberries for snack ....obviously you see strawberries were on sale0

Best is the plain yogurt allll by itself. (ICK). Worst must be the butter I added to my 100 calorie popcorn hahahaha. But I think I may be saving the true worst for tonight when I get home...it's in the freezer lol!0

hmm....i actually decided to go a few days eating nothing but fruits, veggies and lean meat (chkn or fish). Best choice: 1/2 papaya for lunch...worst...i guess the 55 cal beer at 1 am...still coming in under my cal goal tho!!0

Best was either my lunch of tuna and chickpea salad or dinner where I made chicken meatloaf with grilled asparagus.
The worst was definitely the piece of chocolate cake I had as a snack between the two good meals!0 -

Best: My almond milk/protein/berry shake for breakfast - or - plain Greek yogurt with nuts, berries and cocoa for lunch
Worst: 1/4 slice of gluten free chocolate cake for after lunch!0 -
Well todays not over for me yet....but so far...
Best: Fruit Smooth this morning, 16oz, all natural, and very filling.
Worst: My giganto sandwich made with left over ham. It was good, but high cal and high sodium. :0/0 -
The worst: used 400 of my calories on chocolate kisses
The best: wild salmon for dinner. I feel so healthy just saying that0 -

My eatting is usually really good, my down fall will be my gin (only a 1/2 shot) and tonic (diet so fewer calories) that I will have when I get home from working my back to back jobs tonight. Ninety nine percent of the time I end up under my calorie goals and have to find ways to get more calories without eatting food that isn't good for me.0 -
Today? My popcorn with lemon and seasoning was the best after workout choice.
The worst for the day? Nothing. Let's hope I keep that up the rest of the day!
If you check my food log and you see pasta today, it's only because I needed extra fuel before I went to the gym right after eating it!0
