Feeling down

Hey everybody, I'm new to the forums and I need some help. I had a baby in 9 months ago and I'm finding myself overweight. A little background, I'm 4'11 and I weigh 135lbs. I lost most of it the week after having my c-section, and didnt gain it back while breastfeeding. I stopped breastfeeding about 3 months ago and I have gained all my weight back.

I find it so hard to not have sweets, my main offenders are chocolate and coke. It just is so hard for me to not have at least some each day. I worked out very well at the beginning, but now I don't even work out, maybe once a week. I'm so discouraged because I know I can do better. How do I find the motivation to eat right and pass up the sweets?

What should my goal weight be at 4'11? Any other shorties can please help me out, motivate me, show me some before and afters or something, because I'm feeling really down. My belly is bigger now than it was a few weeks after having my baby.

I suggest you start out slow - do not keep big quantities of sweets in the house, and include a bit every day within your calorie plan.
Try to incorporate vegetables into most meals.
Take the baby out for a walk.

How many calories should I be taking in per day to lose weight?

go here: iifym.com , input your numbers and see what it gives you.
Input that number as your calorie goal in MFP, but don't eat your exercise calories back (I don't log my exercise in MFP at all)
