Is it possible to reduce body fat (not particularly weight) while on maintenance? If not, what kind of deficit am I looking at? 100, 200 or more a day?

I'm at the size I want but I want to tighten a little more. I'm also tired of a reduced calorie diet.

Any help is appreciated

Do more weight lifting as opposed to cardio.

My suggestion would be to calculate the number of calories required for you to maintain the weight you are at now for your daily activity (BMR)... stick to that calorie range (keep in mind the types of foods you feed your body, although you are in a maintenance period, you could start packing on the pounds with the wrong foods)... and up the strength training and weight lifting routines, you will still need some Cardio but I don't think that should be your main focus right now, I hope this helps!

    Thanks ladies!

Thank you Jpayne for the request and compliment.

    This what I'm currently doing:

I follow the New Rules of Lifting for Women workout routine. I strength train 3x per week and run once per week in preparation for a 5 k. I greatly reduced my cardio. I went from 60 min of cardio and 30 of strength to my current routine. So if I eat at maintenance, I will continue to reduce the body fat?
