Any snowboarders?

Does anyone have any fitness tips or food ideas for preparing for the up coming shred season? Other than billions of squats?

It's a mix of dried meat, suet, and dried berries. Lasts forever, tastes good, pure rocket fuel.

I just eat something reasonable in the morning and carry a protein bar to help hit my protein goal. For lunch, I'll just eat at the lodge because it's hard to carry a burrito or warm chili in pockets

For fitness, I just do what I usually do. All body lifting routine and running.

LMFAOOOOOO! I tried sneaking spaghetti into the movies. Wasn't the best movie food so I just cram a package of beef jerky down the back of my pants.
