Calories in Fuddruckers Market Salad without bacon

Hello,
I am trying to be as accurate as possible with my calorie counting. I have been trying to find the calories for a fuddruckers market salad WITHOUT the bacon, I got the salad calories to be 512 but that's including the bacon... any ideas?

    i'd just guestimate the amount of bacon that's on it.

    You don't even have to guestimate. Have them bring it out with bacon and take the bacon off ...ask the waitress what kind of bacon it is and then you'll know the flavor and how many slices.

    Let's see if we're doing SWAG

    One medium slice of bacon has about 50 calories and 3.5g of fat. As somebody that's worked at restaurant I can say there's usually about 2-3 strips of bacon for a salad. so anywhere from 100-150 and 10.5g of fat. so let's just say 125 calories and 7g of fat.
