10th Day Tomorrow, Anxious for Weigh In

Tomorrow will be my 2nd weigh in. Trying to weigh about every 7 days. I am enjoying the details of logging exercise and food. I have stayed on track. I sure hope to see some results, to keep this positive motivation.

    If you have been logging faithfully and truthfully, you should be in good shape. Keep in mind, the progress you should be looking for is steady. Sometimes a weigh-in will not go well. If you look at a graph of my weight-loss, there are some spikey up and down moments. However, the trend line is heading in the right direction.
