A typical breakfast for me (photo)

On a very low calorie daily intake -- but always make sure I get the right ones. This was my breakfast this morning. I always vary my meals. Some days, you might see me eating halibut for breakfast the next day eggs. I have no rules...other than healthy content.

BREAKFAST: Egglands Best (1); Fresh Beef (1 ¼ oz.); Broccoli (1/2 oz.); Mushrooms (1 oz.); Squash (1/2 oz.); Red Seedless grapes (3) [ TOTAL CALORIES: 163 ]
