Hey all :) Hope your having a wonderful day today :) How is the weight loss going??
I figured this would be alot easier for everyone.
So this is how were going to do it... Everyone has a number nest to their MFP SN. That is going to be your number till the end of the challange. Next Monday 5/2/11 everyone will weigh in.

This is what I want it to look like please
YOUR number and MFP SN
Starting weight (that would be 4/25/11 weight)
Weight loss
Picture of the scale with showing the weight loss ( photobucket.com if your not sure about how to post a picture just let me know)
I only have ____ more lbs to go!!

    Sounds good..Thnx for taking so much time out of your day to do this for not just yourself,but for all of us!! Im doing pretty good,ive lost a lb so far,so we'll see how it keeps going.im pretty slow at losing lbs in a week,so hopefully ill come close to my goal..Hows everything with you?

    Well congrats on the 1lb weight loss :happy: That's a lb closer to your goal!! I am doing so so to be honest. I am having late night urges to binge :ohwell: I have only purged once this week which isn't good but is a major improvement to my past. My motivation is about a 4 this week. I am thinking it is caused by me not walking everyday.

    I understand..I was the same way.Sometimes I still get that way. Theres days where I just want to eat whatever. I just try not to make it a habit.Well you are still doing good,and it is better than how you use to be. I think thats what counts.I think we deserve a break every now and then,since we have came a long way. It just takes practice,especially when you are so used to eating and not working out.Be proud of where you are now,You are doing great,plus you are helping others with this challenge!!!

    Ok all soo some of you may not know how to post a picture using photobucket soo here is the step by step directions on how to do so..PLEASE wait till Monday to actually do this on this feed.


    Step one- create a photobucket account at www.photobucket.com they also have a mobile site for those who are using MFP as an app

    Step 2- Take a picture of that scale!!! Don't be scared your doing great!!!

    Step 3- Upload your picture to photobucket.com

    Step 4- Once you have uploaded you should see a IMG code. Copy and paste it.

    Step 5- When weighing in on Mondays your post should look similar to this

    Your number and MFP SN

    Your starting weight (DONT CHEAT)

    The picture ( paste that IMG code from photobucket here)

    I'll make the exception sense I know what your talking about but people please please please add me as a friend or you will miss important updates and will not be accepted in this challange

    Your right!! I don't need to be so strict on myself or I will just go back to my old habbits.
