Pan -Seared Cod With Asian Cucumber Salad

1 red onion thinly sliced
1/4 English cucumber thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 5oz cod fillet
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon evoo
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon chopped pickled ginger
salad.....onion in colander rinse under cold water drain transfer to bowl sad cucumber and 1/8 teaspoon salt toss let stand until cucumber and onions soften 10 mins sprinkle cod with 1/8 teaspoon salt n pepper heat 1/2 teaspoon oil in non skillet med heat add cod n cook turning once after 6 mins stir remaining 1/2 teaspoon oil vinegar n ginger into salad 1 cod 1 cup salad 187 cals fat 6gm chol 54mg sod 694 carbs 10g fib 24 g prot 49 mg
