Hi I need help with my exercise schedule I can not go to a gym so it's home for me can you tell me if this looks ok
Monday 4 mile walk
Tuesday body weight exercises
(20 x jumping jacks
20 x bent over rows (10 each side)
20 x squats
20 x alternating lunges
10 x push-ups
20 second planks) repeat 3 times
Then I also do some hiit training only up to 6 cycles so far of walk 1.15 minutes jog 30sec flat out 15sec (this kills me)
Wednesday 2 mile walk
Thursday rest but light walking no structured exercise
Friday repeat body weight and hiit day
Weekend off
I'm not sure if this is the best workout I could be doing? Just want some advice the body weight and hiit training are very difficult for me but I can just get through them, I'm trying to increase my hiit cycles though

What is your goal? That's what determines the workout. If you're just trying to lose some fat or stay fit, that's fine.. but increase the weight whenever you can do more than 10-15x of an exercise. Also repeat those exercises twice. I'd move the HIIT to non-strength days.0

I'm trying to lose weight and get fit I'm 5.1 I currently weigh 62.7 kilos want to get down to around 55, the trouble is I can't do the hiit the day after the strength day, because my legs are killing me then from the squats and lunges0

I was walking 5 miles a day and the scale wasn't budging at all as soon as I added some body weight and hiit it started moving again0
