Ok please read. Ever morning I weigh myself as I have done for weeks, and it's always at the exactly same time; wearing nothing. I always weigh before drinkin/eating snd after I've been to the loo & have been at a constant weight for like 3 weeks now. Well this morning I did exactly the same routine, no changes & I'm 2 lbs lighter. I drank the same amount the day before & didn't deflict ( Atleast I think I didn't ) Although I did do more cardio than usual which made me sweat more but surely that wouldn't of made me lose a whole 2lbs in water weight.. Help me! I'm pulling out my hair trying to find the cause

Ok. A few questions for you first- Are you trying to lose weight? Where are you in relation to your period? Why are you so upset about this?0

Hi. My profile may say trying to lose weight, but I'm not. I quickly made the account to ask this question.. I'm upset about it because I dont want to gain or lose anymore weight.. I have lost a stone in the past couple of months and I'm happy the way I look now..0

its normal for weight to fluctuate slightly - even though it has been pretty consistent - there is no way you have lost 2lbs of fat in 1 day - it will be water. It should even out again in the next few days.0

I lost 3lbs since yesterday - tomorrow I'll be up again. You can't go getting upset about minor fluctuations, we don't stay exactly the same weight day in and day out.0

Don't be too worried about it. I lose and gain the same 5 pounds throughout the day or from day to day when I'm maintaining. Many aspects control how much water you retain, and not many of them may be clear-cut. Now if your weight continues creeping down from month to month, that's when you will need to think about addressing the issue.0

Nothing to worry excessively over. You will probably gain it back just as quickly. The same thing happened to me recently except I'm due on soon.0

Your body fluctuates, so not worth worrying about. You might just as likely put it back on next week.
So your options are 1: Dont worry 2. Dont worry. 3. Be thankful and go and eat something nice if you want the weight back.0 -
Have you lost a lot of weight recently? the body can retain fluid in the voids left by the fat cells and then flush them almost over night. the phenomena is called whooshing would you believe I would monitor this it's only of interest / concern if you suddenly and consistently lose weight0

Of course it would! Your body is 65% water!
Try going out for Chinese food one night, .....you'll be 2 or 3 pounds heavier in the morning....lots of sodium in chinese food.
