NEED PROTEIN!

I'm cleaning up my diet and exercise program and protein is what I need! As much protein as possible without fat and carbs (though I know completely isolated is impossible.) What has that kinda protein?

YES, THIS is how I have lost my weight. 110 grams of protein and 85-100 grams of carbs. Lots of extra lean turkey, chicken, fish, egg beaters, light cheese.0
