Hi everyone, can you tell me some valid foods I can eat to replace red meat? I only like turkey and chicken, but I never eat red meat because I really don't like it!
Thank you for your answers (and sorry for my english, I'm Italian

Fish, yogurt, cheese, eggs, beans, nuts, lentils. Also seeds like pumpkin, sunflower, chia, hemp, flax, . .0

Fish especially tuna, and yogurt would be your 2 best option, all of the options above are great but most have more grams of fat then protein.0

quorn.
low cal to high protein ratio available in many ready made products.
i like their cheese escalopes, bbq chicken type fillets and 1/4 burgers.the nuggets taste same as real chicken nuggets!
try some,you might be pleasantly suprised,as i was,and i am a confirmed carnivore!0 -
I am vegetarian and I substitute meat for beans/lentils and/or quorn, soy (soy granules), tofu, veggie patties and whatelse I feel like0
