Hi! I'm a 41-year-old mom of two girls. I need to reverse the slow weight gain I've experienced since my first pregnancy 17 years ago. In the past four weeks, I've lost just under 10 pounds. I have 100+ to go. I'm here to keep the momentum going with lower carbs, much lower sugar, eating only when I'm truly hungry, and stopping before I feel full. I'll fit exercise in there, somewhere, too.
I welcome new MFP friends. Really, it didn't take me that long to understand that "MFP" does not refer to a multifunction printer.

Good luck! Keep the commitment to logging your food. I'm shocked how well it's changed my eating behaviours in the past 2 months.0
