Hey guys, my name is Anna (feel free to add me as a friend!).
I'm 5'7", 22 y/old, SW:208, CW:185, GW: 160.
I have been trying to maintain a healthy (clean 80-90%) diet and 5 days per week exercise routine for over 4 months now. I still have a LONG way to go.. I feel like the weight is coming off slowly but surely, patience is key! Do any of you ladies feel like its taking forever to lose the weight? I've been working so hard and I wish I could lose these last 25 lbs a little faster. If anyone has any weight loss, recipes, exercises, etc. tips, please share! Also, I am sharing a before and after pic to keep myself accountable. Feel free to post your own, even if you haven't lost a whole lot or even reached your goal yet, any weight loss is commendable! Keep working hard!!

Awesome job! I am also struggling with the last 20-25lbs, but we can do this!!!0

AWESOME! You look great! Keep up the amazing work! I've lost 25 lbs in the past 6 months and have 5 to get to my goal weight (135), but am thinking of going a tiny bit smaller as I have some racing goals for next year and think being at a lighter weight may help. I'm guessing it may take me another few months to get there. I've lost weight quickly in the past, but this time around I'm hopeful it's going to "stick" b/c slow weight loss means I'm changing habits. Stay positive and keep at it!!0

Thanks everyone, your encouraging words mean a lot and motivate me even more! Momshorses, what do you mean by your question - do you think I need to lose more or less is what you're saying? (Just wondering). Arussell good for you that's amazing!!! Do you have any tips for me about losing weight from what you've experienced? I've gotten into running the past couple months and I'm starting to love it! I really would like to participate in a 5k0

Tips? Girl, you've obviously been doing it right so far I'm of similar height, and it's taken almost six months to drop the first 20lbs. I've got about 10-15lbs to go (or less, we'll see...strength training gives some amazing results that aren't scale based). I'm planning on it taking another 6 months (this girl's gotta EAT ).
I'm very patient, lol! I guess that's my only tip--eat the best way you can--food is fuel and nourishment for performance--and PATIENCE.0 -
You're looking great so just keep on doing what you've been doing! Keep taking photos as you go along - you might find your goal will change. I'm 37, 176cm (5ft7.5in) tall and weigh 68kg (150lb). I started on 83kg in June and thought my goal weight was 63kg (143lb) but now that I'm at this weight, I've actually decided this is fine for me. I have big bones and don't exercise at all so any issues I have with my figure now is only toning-related.0
