Hi! I'm new! I was just uploading Powerline Egg white powder and it's already listed; however, according to my label on my powerline the sodium on here is not correct. How do I amend that?

Create your own item with a slightly different name like adding "correct sodium" to it. There is a facility to edit an item if you go to Database search item, select it and there's a green edit button to right of the data.0

Similar to above. When you click on "nutritional info" where you must have been already it asks "is this correct". Select "no". Select edit. Edit the info and click "save". I believe it then comes up with your corrected version, for you. Or you can create it with a different name and put it under "my foods". It's worth doing so if you eat/use it a lot. There are tons of incorrect entries in MFP. Some of it has to so with some folks don't worry about sodium or cholesterol (as examples) so just enter calories, fats, whatever their interest is.0

Thanks so much! I was wondering how accurate everything is on here? How can I be sure besides adding it all myself?0

You can't even be sure if you add it all yourself. Food manufacturers tinker with their "recipes" all the time.0
