Hi everyone. My name is Tiffany (but you can call me Tiff). I have battled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I have been walking every day and eating a lot better than I used to. I know that I will probably slip up sometimes but I am human and I can always pick myself up and try again.

Looking forward to getting to know this wonderful community and hopefully being a support for those like me.

    Thank you so much for the warm welcome! I am in Sacramento and the weather has been beautiful, it makes it a lot easier to walk. :happy:
