2 months in and I need motivation!! Tips?

I started working out in July and was going strong for 2 months straight! Eating clean, Turbofire workouts 5 days a week, and I definitely saw results (I am 5'1 with a petite frame- my main goal is to tone and strengthen!)

In September I went on vacation and totally blow my routine! Now its been 2 weeks since I've been home and I can't seem to get back into the routine. I want it but I need some motivation to help me get over this hurtle and back into fitness mode!
Any tips on how to shake the "I don't feel like it" or the "I've already screwed up all the progress I've made" feelings?

Go on a leisurely 3 mile walk, on the way you may tell yourself this is way less than what you were doing and then you may put the turbo fire back on. If not, you still got some cardio in. Take small steps and you'll make it back.

2 months in you need determination not motivation. You will only get the best results if you make healthy decisions even when you don't feel motivated to do so. I'd try to go back to the exercise, or find a different exercise you really enjoy. For me it snowballs from there, I feel healthier and happier (thank you endorphins), it makes me want to drink lots of water, which makes me want to eat the right foods to look after and fuel my body. All of a sudden - back on track!

You have to "Just do it" no matter what.

Just get your butt up and go! Everyone feels like "not" doing it at times ... Seeing your previous results could be your motivation. But really, dedication is possibly the issue. It's like going to work... We don't wanna , but we have too ... And we do. Dedicated :) Minimize excuses... Maximize effects. Hope this helps!

I agree with the exercise comment, it helps me.
Have you tried signing up for one of the challenges?
Walking 100 miles in a month helped me get back into it - its doable but when you have a desk job you have to walk every day.
    - Good Luck  -
