Getting back into shape after 20 some yrs. I Just quit smoking and ready to lose 50-60 lbs. I am
doing step aerobics and weight lifting as of Monday. If you would like to become support buddies, feel

    I'm 45 and need to lose 5 pounds (about 6 times)...Add me as a friend if you like, to view my food diary. Warning...get a pillow (boring). I need more variety, but I only like certain meals.
