I think your calorie goal is too low for your stats.
  • How much should i consume then? 2100??

Calculate your TDEE here. Set it for 3-5 hours of moderate exercise, and to lose fat with a small deficit - I would do a 10% deficit because you really don't have much to lose and want to maintain your lean body mass.

See what the numbers come out to be - I have to imagine they would be more than 1750 to 1800, as I ate more than that when I did P90X3, and I was 5'7"/175 lbs when I started the program. I think my daily intake averaged between 1800-2100.
  • Ok thanks. But as far as the diet does it look good to you? Im going for 40c/30p/30f/ i believe.

It looks very boring to me and not what I would want to eat every day. Mostly because there's no ice cream, or chocolate, or pizza, or burgers...

But if you're hitting your macros (and that ratio is actually what mine are set to), especially the protein to retain your lean body mass, and getting all your micronutrients, you'll be fine. Remember that you can eat foods you like and enjoy as long as they fit into your goals; you do not have to restrict yourself to lose weight.

Also, the person above me is trying to sell you Beachbody stuff, so don't fall for that.

Actually. I just want to help however I can. Sure, I love beachbody products. But I do there workouts and eat healthy. And pizza, ice cream, burgers is not a life sustaining lifestyle,
