Sauna

My gym has a sauna and I am thinking of incorporating it a few times a week!

Should I do it before or after a workout?
Share your thoughts! Anyone know any benefits too?
Thanks!

The sauna is basically just for relaxing. You want to do that after working out, IMO. Also make sure to increase your fluid intake, as you'll have lost plenty from the workout, and then more from sweating in the sauna.

I use it after I work out and find it very relaxing.

I like sitting in the sauna after a workout. I've found that it helps me be less sore from an intense work out. Only time I sit in the sauna before a work out is in the winter time and I'm really cold. My gym keeps the temps set really cold so the sauna is a good way to get me warmed up and actually wanting to do something.
