Am new to FP discussion boards. Have diverticulitis and wondered if anyone else experienced attacks after working out? Weights and ab work....

There isn't anyway exercise is going to inflame your diverticular disease. It's anunfortunate coincidence if you have had an attack post exercise in the last but physiologically there would be no link.0

@Replies, as a sufferer from diverticulitis and I run, lift and do aerobics agree that OP had an unfortunate coincidence. Actually, exercise is a benefit and helps if you have eaten something you have should not have. Just my opinion and what I have learned in my experience.0
